Welcome to Marseille

Join us on a journey this summer, where we share our sources to note for this coastal city.

Welcome to Marseille, the mesmerising backdrop for our summer campaign, SOURCEAIR. This city effortlessly combines timeless beauty with modern allure, as Mediterranean charm meets French sophistication along the Côte d'Azur.

From the historic Vieux-Port to contemporary architectural gems, Marseille's blend of old and new beckons to be explored.

Tuba Club

Need an escape from the city? Head to Tuba Club. Situated in a 100-year-old property and former diving school, this hotel and beach club is just a 30 minute drive to the quaint village of Les Goudes, a district tucked away in the Calanques National Park. With a menu of well-sourced local fish and vegetables, don’t miss the tuna sashimi or lentil salad, with painting-like views from the restaurant window overlooking the sea.

La Cantinella

La Cantinella knows good Italian, period. Why we rate it? The incredible selection of daily specials, the quick and friendly service, and the secret oasis setting in the middle of this chaotic city. A beautiful find, this is a spot to try every dish you can - it doesn’t disappoint.

La Cantinetta, 24 Cr Julien, 13006 Marseille, France

Nestled within a slower part of the city, Cécile Food Club is the new cafe to know. Founded earlier this year by iconic supermodel Erin Wasson and her husband Barth Tassy, Cécile offers a little bit of something for everyone in a relaxed, minimalist setting that you simply won’t want to leave. Un café s’il vous plaît.

La Bonne Mere Pizzeria

La Bonne Mere Pizzeria captures the essence of both Italian and Provencal flavors, offering a cozy spot up a steep hill towards the Notre Dame de la Garde. Take a drink outside by the barrels before heading in, then expect crispy thin pizzas (may we recommend the “La Biquette” pictured) and really great service.

Le Corbusier

A must for all design aficionados, Le Corbusier's 1952 “Unité d'Habitation" project is an innovative example of modernist architecture in the heart of Marseille. Designed to be used by multiple families, the structure features bold usages of concrete and primary colours. Beautiful to view and even more beautiful to stay, apartments are available for rent by private individuals.
